Mr. Jim Tondu joined the Company in April of 2003 and is responsible for Business Development in Michigan and the Midwest region. He has over thirty years experience in Project Management with emphasis on working with clients, architects and engineers in overseeing projects from initiation to completion. In addition, he was responsible for client marketing. From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Tondu was affiliated with WBDC/Beta Design Group in Grand Rapids, Michigan as a Senior Project Leader. Responsibilities included programming, schematic design, design documents, construction documents, client meetings, presentations and consultant coordination to facilitate feasibility designs to final construction documents. Projects were developed for various community projects including public schools and hospitals. Mr. Tondu attended Ferris State University and has an Associates Degree in Architecture.
